Why Use ColorAuto Detailing?
Simply put. We are professionally trained and certified by Xpel, the premier window tint film manufacturer. Plus, we utilize Xpel’s Design Access Program (DAP). What’s that mean? Glad you asked.
DAP allows us to access thousands of window tint patterns for just about every make and model out there. This ensures we deliver a window tint with razor-sharp edges, providing our clients with the highest quality window tint on the market. You won’t see us hand cutting patterns to fit your vehicle. We’ve invested in the DAP technology to allow the film to lay as naturally on the window as possible to avoid unnecessary stretch and contortion and to ensure perfect alignment. We also use the DAP system for our paint protection film/clear applications.

- Window tinting is available at various levels including ranges from 5% – 70%.
- The state of Colorado requires that the visible light transmission be 70% on the windshield and 27% on front, side and rear windows. There are some restrictions regarding tint colors i.e. red and amber tints are not legal. Customers who wish to have their back windows tinted are required by Colorado Law to have dual side mirrors. Tinting windows outside of the legal limit or without proper mirrors can result in a class B traffic infraction, or misdemeanor with $500-$5000 fine.
